Your why is your PURPOSE and it’s the driving force behind everything that you do
It’s your source of MOTIVATION and it’s what will keep you going when things get tough
It’s the REASON why you get up in the morning and why you’re willing to put in the effort to reach your goals
Your why is also the SOURCE of your commitment and dedication in taking each step towards your goal
So here are some questions I offer my coaching clients which can also help you to start discovering your WHY:
❓Reflect on your values and beliefs
What do you believe in and what do you stand for?
What is important to you and why?
❓Explore the reasons behind your goals and dreams
What inspired you to pursue this particular goal or dream?
What do you hope to gain from achieving it?
What will you be able to do when you have achieved it?
Your WHY is a powerful source which keeps you going but also can turn your steps towards achieving more meaningful goals
What motivates you to pursue your goals and dreams?
